Implementation and Customization

Integration
Other critical applications you rely on are linked in real time to your NetSuite database so you can continue to utilize specialized industry software, advanced reporting software, etc. without needing to re-key data or rely on manually triggered data bridges.
Training and Education
Our intent is to begin both organized and ad hoc training of your key people early, relying on proven multiple-exposure methods to reinforce learning objectives. An important component of our implementation model is to deeply train at least one "super user" by completion of the initial project who can handle key administration and routine customization within your account, and who can train others. Your in-house knowledge is a key to success with NetSuite, and keeps costs down as you come to rely on outside technical support only for more advanced customization and problem-solving. Ample free help and support documentation is also available. As our relationship continues, we also offer custom periodic training programs designed to meet your needs.
